For over 85 years County Foresters have worked in Vermont to educate, aid and assist Vermont land stewards. Over the decades, the work of each County Forester has evolved. In 2024, the Dept. of Forests, Parks and Recreation adjusted the service areas of the 13 County Foresters to provide more equitable service to all Vermonters.
