Visit the Button Bay State Park Contact Station to receive your first clue in a scavenger hunt that will take you all over the Park as you learn about the park staff, farmers, Adirondackers, and many more who've helped make Button Bay the beautiful state park it is today! Runs through 8p.m. on Labor Day.
2 P.M. on July 14th, 2024 at the Button Point Nature Center -- fifty years to the hour since the ribbon was cut and the Nature Center opened to the public. Join us as we commemorate this influential little institution’s fifty-year history -- listen as its former Naturalists speak, look through the highlights of their work, touch the forest they studied, and compete for small Nature Center prizes. A social dinner will follow at the Pavilion at 6 P.M.
