Chandler Ridge Ramble! in Salisbury VT

Enjoy an easy to moderate guided hike along a wonderful Green Mountain ridgeline. Views to the west and east, with a picture perfect one of Silver Lake and Mt Moosalamoo. Start off on the Minnie Baker Trail, along Chandler Ridge, and then down on the Silver Lake Trail. Hike is six miles total and about 4 hours in length. Blaze orange clothing items are encouraged for hunting season safety. Guided Hike to Rattlesnake Cliff

Come along for a 3.5 mile guided hike ending in breathtaking views of Lake Dunmore and Silver Lake! Hike is rated difficult, features steep terrain and 1000 feet of elevation gain - a great workout! Wear close-toed shoes and bug spray, bring plenty of water, and don’t forget your camera! Blaze orange clothing items encouraged for hunting season safety. Bustling Beavers at Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center

Beavers are the great architects of North America. Join for a book-reading about their astounding abilities, and come along for a short hike to a Beaver Dam afterwards! Hike takes an average of 45 minutes to complete, is steep at times and includes rocky terrain. Intended for kids age 5-10, although all ages are welcome. Meet at the Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center. Falls of Lana Hike & Stream Scramble at Branbury State Park

Macroinvertebrates provide us with fascinating clues about stream health! Come along for a 1.5 mile hike to see how many different stream macroinvertebrates we can find, and view a beautiful waterfall! Hike is moderate and includes some light scrambling and wading! Is it Really Ethan Allen’s Cave? at Branbury State Park

Enjoy learning a bit about Vermont’s role in the Revolutionary War while on a fun history ramble to Ethan Allen’s Cave. A one mile out and back moderate hike. Meet at Branbury State Park entrance station to join - park entry fee is $5. Email Jill at brooks.jill96@gmail.com to sign up.

Meet at the park entry station for a 3.5 mile out and back hike ending in spectacular views of Lake Dunmore and Silver Lake! Hike is rated moderate to difficult. Remember to wear close toed shoes, bug spray, and bring plenty of water!
