Join Woodford's iNaturalist project to contribute to a collection of the parks biodiversity. Learn how to join and use the iNaturalist app. Talk to the interpreter behind the park office (Sat 1:00pm-4:30pm) or at the table in the day use area (Fri 1:30-4:00pm).
Evening Hike at Woodford State Park
Join our interpreter for a guided hike around the Atwood Loop while learning about Woodfords flora and fauna.
1 Hour - Meet at the tent in the day use beach
Recommended ages 10+, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for a guided paddle tour around the Adams Reservoir to observe the native wildlife.

Owl Prowl & Night Ghost Hike at Little River State Park
Become “crepuscular” on an evening tour of Little River's lost settlement ruins and see how open farmland became a dense northern hardwoods forest. We'll call for owls and tell age-appropriate ghost stories. Destinations include a cemetery OR an abandoned house OR Dan Dalley's cellar hole.
