General Description:

Tiny Pond Wildlife Management Area (WMA) is located in the towns of Ludlow, Mt. Holly and Plymouth. Public access to the WMA is from Route 100. Tiny Pond WMA, along with other lands of the Coolidge West Management Unit and Okemo State Forest to its south, connect other habitat for black bears between the north and south sections of the Green Mountain National Forest.

Unique Features:

The 2,320-foot Tiny Mountain is located in the northwestern corner of the WMA. The 30-acre Tiny Pond is a remote pond with no road access or development. Tiny Brook is a beautiful cascading brook that drains the pond.

Recreation Overview:

Recreation within the WMA is dominated by dispersed fish and wildlife-based pursuits including hunting, fishing, trapping and wildlife viewing. While there are no designated trails within the WMA there are woods roads available to facilitate access with the property.

Planning Overview:

The long-range management plan for the Coolidge West Management Unit, including Coolidge State Forest and Plymsbury Wildlife Management Area, was developed in 2008.
