Woodford State Park Events

10 am: What’s in the Water? 
Jen, the park interpreter, will be wandering around the park this morning to talk about the animals that live in the lake and need clean water…including beavers and newts! There will be interesting things to see and touch.

2 pm: Green Invaders
Drop by to talk about invasive plant species identification, the potential damage to ecological communities, and what we can do to help.  This is an informal program where we can share ideas and learn from each other. Most suitable for teens & adults/Blue tarp at the day use area beach or at the white nature tent in camping loop 1 if raining
