Meet at the walking trail to encounter and experience each of the major woodland wetland ecosystems by taking a guided tour starting from the walking trail (Campground A & B roads intersection) and ends at the walkway of 2nd largest peat bog in Vermont. Experience the beauty of the cotton-tail grass, pitcher plants, laurels, heaths, sphagnum fractals, to the serenade of the white-throated sparrow. Learn how Carmi is shaped by these wetlands as its primary source before it winds its way through the lake, onto pike river, emptying back into Bitawbakw (Lake Champlain).
