Nature Forensics (Park Archaeology landscape exploration)

Nature Forensics (Park Archaeology): (Meet at Nature Center).  Take a guided tour along the Stone wall & Marsh Brook paths on the Field Trail.  Learn about Carmi’s long history of its ecosystem and human impacts from the prehistoric tribes to European settlement by the Marsh family and the many farms that followed, and finally to its transformation into the state park we know and love.  Full tour starts at the Nature Center and ends at the stone wall above the Contact Station.
